Heavenly Salads provides meal kits, which include ingredients and instructions to prepare a variety of recipes. The exact nature and content of each kit may change from week to week.
3. Eligibility

- Reside in the delivery area specified on our website.
4. Orders and Subscription
4.1 Order Placement and Deadlines
Orders must be placed by the deadline specified on our website to ensure timely delivery. Failure to place an order by the specified deadline may result in a delay in delivery to the following week.
4.2 Subscription Plans
By subscribing, you agree to receive meal kits on an ongoing weekly basis. You can pause, cancel, or skip one or more weeks by providing notice as specified on our website.

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
6. Delivery
Delivery option is only available within Edmonton City. We are planning on expanding the perimeter of our delivery zone soon, so that we can reach to you if you are not in Edmonton. Please be patient until then. 😊
6.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the areas specified on our website. Please ensure your delivery address is within our service area.
6.2 Delivery Instructions
Please provide specific delivery instructions at checkout. We use minimal packaging for our meal kits and ask that you leave a cooler with ice packs to keep the kits cool after delivery.
6.3 Alternate Receivers
After your second order, you may designate an alternate receiver located within or near your building or home to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver may accept your goods when you are not present at the time of delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancellations
Cancellations must be received before noon on the day prior to your registered pick-up or delivery date to receive a full refund. Otherwise, no refunds are issued.
7.2 Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product due to it being defective or otherwise, you may request a refund or credit within seven days of delivery by contacting our customer support.
7.3 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavenly Salads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heavenly Salads operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
